1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the 444xp platform, accessible at 444xp.org and any associated mobile or browser-based interfaces. By registering an account, depositing funds, or making use of any betting, casino, or gaming service offered by 444xp, you acknowledge and accept these Terms unconditionally.

These Terms are supplemented by our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the content of any promotional material, bonus offer page, or marketing communication, these Terms shall prevail.

444xp reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2 Eligibility & Age Verification

Access to and use of the 444xp platform is strictly restricted to individuals who:

• Are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration;
• Are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not expressly prohibited under applicable local law;
• Are not on any self-exclusion list maintained by 444xp or any associated responsible gaming programme;
• Are acting on their own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.

444xp takes its age verification obligations seriously. We reserve the right to request identity documents — including government-issued CNIC, passport, or equivalent identification — at any stage of the registration process or prior to processing any withdrawal. Accounts that fail to pass age verification will be suspended, any winnings generated during the unverified period may be voided, and deposits will be returned to the originating payment method.

Any player found to have misrepresented their age during registration will have their account permanently closed. 444xp accepts no liability for losses incurred by underage players who circumvent our age verification controls through misrepresentation.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of 444xp services, you must create a registered account. During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and a valid email address. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

Each individual player is permitted to hold one account only. 444xp employs device fingerprinting, IP monitoring, and payment method cross-referencing to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are detected, 444xp reserves the right to:

• Merge the duplicate accounts into a single account;
• Close the duplicate account(s) without prior notice;
• Void any bonuses, free bets, or promotional winnings accrued across duplicate accounts;
• Withhold any pending withdrawals pending a full account review.

444xp accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any funds held within it to any third party. Accounts used for commercial purposes, or that display patterns consistent with professional arbitrage or syndicate betting, may be restricted or closed at 444xp's discretion.

4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 444xp login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party, and you must take all reasonable steps to prevent unauthorised access to your account.

444xp strongly recommends that all players:

• Use a unique, strong password not shared with any other online service;
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available;
• Log out of their account after each session, particularly on shared devices;
• Contact support immediately if they suspect their account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.

444xp will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the breach was caused by your failure to maintain adequate security of your login credentials. Any transactions completed before 444xp has been notified of a security breach will be treated as authorised unless clear evidence of fraud is established.

5 Deposits & Payments

444xp accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Pakistani players: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, USDT (TRC-20), Bitcoin (BTC), HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and Raast. Minimum and maximum deposit thresholds for each method are displayed at the time of deposit and may be updated periodically.

All deposits must originate from a payment account or wallet registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Depositing funds on behalf of another player, or accepting funds deposited by a third party into your account, constitutes a breach of these Terms and may constitute money laundering under applicable law.

444xp processes deposits in good faith and is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers, network congestion on blockchain networks, or technical failures outside our direct control. USDT and BTC deposits are generally credited upon the required number of blockchain confirmations; local payment method deposits are credited in real time in most cases.

444xp reserves the right to decline or reverse any deposit at its sole discretion where there is reasonable cause to believe the deposit is associated with fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.

6 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed KYC (Know Your Customer) verification to 444xp's satisfaction before any withdrawal is approved;
• Any active bonus wagering requirements attached to your account balance must be fully met before withdrawal of bonus-derived funds;
• Withdrawals will be directed to the same payment method used for your most recent qualifying deposit wherever technically possible;
• Minimum withdrawal thresholds apply and are displayed within your account dashboard at the time of request;
• 444xp reserves the right to apply a standard processing period of up to five (5) business days for withdrawal review, though most withdrawals are processed significantly faster.

444xp may request additional documentation — including source-of-funds declarations, proof of identity, or proof of address — before approving withdrawal requests above certain thresholds. These checks are conducted in compliance with international anti-money laundering standards and are not discretionary.

Withdrawal requests that cannot be completed due to incorrect payment details provided by the player will be reversed to the account balance. 444xp accepts no liability for funds lost due to incorrect withdrawal details submitted by the player.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

444xp offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless otherwise explicitly stated in the specific offer terms:

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and must be wagered the specified number of times before conversion to withdrawable real-money funds;
• Wagering contributions from different game types (slots, live casino, sports betting) may vary and are specified in the individual offer terms;
• Bonuses are valid for the period stated at the time of issue; unused bonus funds expire upon the end of the validity period;
• 444xp reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice;
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per device, and per IP address;
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash prior to meeting wagering requirements.

444xp actively monitors for bonus abuse. Where patterns consistent with matched betting, arbitrage, or systematic exploitation of bonus terms are detected, 444xp reserves the right to void the bonus and any associated winnings, and to restrict future bonus eligibility for the affected account.

8 Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on the 444xp platform are subject to the following general rules:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. 444xp reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion;
• Bets on events that have already commenced prior to the acceptance of the bet (other than in-play markets) may be voided by 444xp;
• In the event of obvious pricing errors — including but not limited to incorrect odds resulting from technical faults or data feed errors — 444xp reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes;
• PSL and cricket match bets follow standard cricket betting rules as defined in our full Sports Betting Rules document, available on request from our support team;
• In-play bets are accepted subject to real-time pricing and may be suspended during key match events at 444xp's discretion;
• Multi-bets (accumulators) require all selections to win for the bet to be successful. Voided selections within a multi are treated as non-runners and the bet is recalculated accordingly.

444xp reserves the right to restrict maximum payout amounts per event, per sport, or per market type. Maximum payout limits are displayed within the betting interface and are subject to change.

9 Casino Games

All casino games available on the 444xp platform — including RNG slots, live dealer tables, and game show titles — are provided by internationally certified third-party software studios. Each game's Return to Player (RTP) percentage and game rules are available within the game interface or on request.

RNG games use certified random number generators that have been tested and verified by independent third-party testing laboratories to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. 444xp does not manipulate game outcomes and has no ability to influence RNG results during play.

Malfunction of any casino game voids all pays and plays for the affected round. In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game, the outcome of the hand or round will be determined according to standard game rules; any funds wagered but not resolved at the time of disconnection will be settled once the connection is restored or at 444xp's discretion.

Jackpot prizes are subject to the terms of the individual jackpot game and are paid by the relevant game studio in accordance with their published jackpot rules. 444xp facilitates jackpot payments but is not the primary liable party for jackpot prize distributions.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 444xp platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balances, and may result in legal action:

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false personal information, using stolen payment methods, or impersonating another person;
• Money laundering: Using 444xp to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity;
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, macros, or any automated software to interact with the 444xp platform;
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live casino, or any other game format;
• Match-fixing: Placing bets on sports events the outcome of which you have attempted to influence or have advance knowledge of through corrupt means;
• Chargebacks: Initiating illegitimate payment chargebacks after depositing funds and using those funds for wagering;
• System exploitation: Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or pricing mistakes to generate artificial profit;
• Abuse of staff: Threatening, harassing, or abusing 444xp support staff in any manner.

11 Responsible Gaming

444xp is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes its duty of care to players seriously. The following tools are available to all registered players directly within their account settings:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account;
• Loss limits: Restrict the amount you can lose within a defined period;
• Session time limits: Set maximum session durations with automatic logout;
• Cool-off periods: Take a temporary break from the platform for a defined period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks;
• Self-exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the 444xp platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and are irreversible for the duration of the exclusion period chosen.

12 Intellectual Property

All content on the 444xp platform — including but not limited to the 444xp brand, logo, website design, software, text, graphics, game assets, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of 444xp or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use, copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any 444xp intellectual property without prior written authorisation.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 444xp platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to scrape, index, or systematically extract data from the platform.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 444xp's total liability to you in connection with your use of the platform — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

444xp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any losses arising from:

• Technical failures, server outages, or interruptions to the 444xp service;
• Delays in payment processing by third-party payment providers;
• Unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to maintain adequate security;
• Changes to applicable law or regulation affecting the availability of the service in your jurisdiction;
• Force majeure events beyond 444xp's reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, internet infrastructure failures, or civil unrest.

444xp makes no representations or warranties regarding the uninterrupted availability of the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary service interruptions for which 444xp accepts no liability.

14 Privacy & Data

444xp collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

444xp may share your personal data with third-party payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities where required to do so by law or for the legitimate operation of the platform. We do not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

15 Amendments to These Terms

444xp reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 444xp will endeavour to notify registered players by email or via an in-platform notification. Minor clarifications and non-material changes may be made without specific notification.

The version of the Terms published on the 444xp platform at the time of your use constitutes the operative agreement between you and 444xp. If you do not accept any amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact support to close your account and withdraw any remaining balance.

16 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any disputes arising out of or in connection with your use of the 444xp platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations applicable to 444xp's operating jurisdiction.

In the event of a dispute between you and 444xp, you agree to first contact our customer support team to seek an amicable resolution. 444xp will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached through our internal complaints process, the matter may be escalated to the applicable dispute resolution body as specified by 444xp's operating licence.

You agree that any dispute resolution process will be conducted in English and that the costs of any formal dispute resolution proceeding shall be borne by the party against whom the complaint is upheld.
